Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:
In order to confirm the reservation: Las Alamandas require a 50% advance deposit charge on the room rate (not including taxes) to a Visa, Master Card, American Express or by wire transfer.

The remaining balance will be charged one week before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
If the reservation must be changed or canceled for any reason, we will refund the deposit only if notified by fax at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and confirmed receipt of the hotel. If the reservation is a No Show the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation within the time frame will incur in a $50.00 USD charge per person per week reserved.

All changes in the original reservation will incur a handling fee of $50.00 USD per person. If a guest must departure prematurely, the entire confirmed stay will be charged.

** For Christmas and New Years Deposits are non-refundable.
