Rates quoted in currencies other than the hotel's base currency are subject to the rate of international exchange. Rate may change throughout stay. Rate may reflect average nightly rate. Extra charges may apply for children. Incidental charges, such as room service, are not included in the rate.

In order to confirm this reservation: we require a 50% advance deposit charge on the room rate (not including taxes) to a Visa, Master Card, American Express or by wire transfer.

The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card a week before arrival

Cancellation policy – For Christmas and New Years Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation within the time frame will incur in a $50.00 USD charge per person per week reserved.

All changes in the original reservation will incur a handling fee of $50.00 USD per person.

If a guest must departure prematurely, the entire confirmed stay will be charged.

Transportation/Location: Driving time south from Puerto Vallarta Airport is two hours. Driving time north from Manzanillo Airport is one hour and 45 minutes. The hotel’s private 3,300-foot airstrip accommodates small planes. Flight time from the above airports is 20-30 minutes. All transfers arranged by Las Alamandas include an airport greeter and personal assistance by a hotel staff member.

Rates: Chauffeured air-conditioned car (maximum 6 passengers): $250.00 U.S. Dlls. each way, plus 16%tax & 11.6% service charge per vehicle.

Air taxi service one way for the Cessna Caravan which is a 9 seater, has a cost of $ 2,050 USD plus taxes and service
