OASIS RESTAURANT    

Dine to the strains of Mexican music in a palm grove right next to the ocean! Las Alamandas’ full-service Oasis Restaurant serves fresh and healthy cuisine along with a variety of liquors and fine wines. In the evening, the terrace is candlelit and the surrounding gardens are illuminated. The menu includes many Mexican specialties from which to choose, as well as a selection of continental dishes. All ingredients are fresh; fish and seafood are brought in daily from local fisherman; eggs and chicken are free-range; Pastries are prepared daily by the chef; and many of the fruits and vegetables are grown organically on the property. Upon request, the Oasis Restaurant will prepare an elaborate dinner buffet, complete with mariachis and bonfires to enjoy on the beach.

A full-service restaurant surrounded by palm trees overlooking the ocean. Meals are served on the terrace to the beat of Mexican music. In the evenings, the gardens are illuminated and the terrace is candlelit. The Oasis Restaurant is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and dinner parties may be arranged with mariachis and bonfires.

Well-versed in a variety of gourmet cooking styles, Las Alamandas’ Executive Chef Alejandro Aguilar Morales creates wonderfully exotic and delectable dishes of Sushi, Mexican regional, Continental, and American fusion cuisine. All ingredients are fresh; fish and seafood are brought in daily from local fisherman; eggs and chicken are free-range; and most fruits and vegetables (and all herbs) are grown organically on the property. Exotic Spanish, French, Argentinian, Chilean and Mexican wines have been hand-picked to enhance the flavor of Chef Morales' creations, and irresistible pastries prepared fresh daily are sure to delight. For festive relaxation, owner Isabel Goldsmith-Patiño has developed a tropical tequila & margarita bar featuring tantalizing concoctions made from the resort’s magical herbs and exotic fruits.

LA PALAPA BEACH CLUB

An oversized, thatched palapa situated by the beach is adjacent to the fresh-water swimming pool, and serves as a welcomed retreat from the sun. Guests relax in the shade after tanning on one of many sun beds or while swaying gently to the Pacific breezes in a palapa-shaded hammock. La Palapa also serves as a beach bar and an ideal place to enjoy lunch in your bathing suit. Boogie boards are available for your enjoyment.

SWIMMING POOL

The 60-foot freshwater pool is directly alongside the ocean and is equipped with message jets for relaxation.

 ART GALLERY / TV LOUNGE

Art Gallery, TV and Library Lounge, and Conference Room: Highlighted by Alamandas’ signature bright colors, surrounded by gentle fountains and magically lit at night, the Gallery showcases a revolving collection of artwork by various local Arts and Crafts Masters. The Gallery at Las Alamandas also serves as a spacious new reading, relaxing, meeting and media room complete with oversized sofas for comfortable gatherings in front of a large-screen TV. Here, guests may view International Satellite programming, choose from an extensive collection of classic and current movie hits, or conduct small business meetings, briefings and/or presentations in great comfort and style. There is also a selection of board games including backgammon and chess to enjoy in a relaxed and luxurious setting.

“Estrella Azul” Rooftop Lounge Bar: Las Alamandas turns up the heat with this hot and sexy latest addition to its already romantic and sensuous surroundings. Combining all the chic lounge tactics found in the world’s elite bar hideaways with Alamandas’ idyllic warm climate and ocean breezes- “Estrella Azul” creates the mood for enchantment and excitement. Whether curled up in the cushions as a couple, or gathered socially around the colorfully illuminated bar with friends, here guests feel on top of the world.

With a name meaning “Blue Star,” the blue bar merges with the sky as you lie back amongst oversized turquoise cushions with the sound of a cool breeze softly swaying in the palm tops. Relax under "Orion's Belt" and gaze at the night’s skies, a telescope to explore further and catch those shooting stars! Discover the world of Tequilas and aphrodisiac mescal, nibble on freshly prepared Hors d'oeuvres and dream away the night to the sounds of music.

The new Las Alamandas Kids’ Club offers a sophisticated mini-resort all its own, specifically designed for the young vacationers to Paradise. Surrounded by lush lawns directly beside the beach with panoramic ocean views, the Kids’ Club consists of an open-air pergola with programmed kids’ activities (coloring, painting, crafts), fun-filled playground equipment (“Jungle Gym” with spiral slide, swings, monkey bars, playhouse and more), a variety of toys, games, badminton setup, and mini soccer field. Child-sitting services are also available upon request.

Sports Equipment
Enjoy one or some of our sports at Las Alamandas with the best weather of the Mexican Pacific such as volleyball in any our 4 beaches, a fantastic outdoor half basketball court to shoot some hoops in front of the ocean. Also, please find some other options as tennis, table tennis, badminton, croquet, petanque, giant chess and soccer. Also, we offer water sport equipment as snorkeling, surf boards, and boogie boards.

Horseback Riding
With local guides or solo. One hour free for all guests. Horses are $10.00/hour thereafter.

Mountain Biking
High quality mountain bikes are available at no charge.

Hiking
Dozens of miles of hiking trails wind throughout the property.

Scuba Diving
Diving trips to Bird Island are arranged with two-day notice for an additional charge.

Snorkeling
Clear blue water on the private beach makes this a favorite of Las Alamandas guests.

Tennis
The lighted tennis court is available to all guests. One hour free. Additional play at $15.00/per hour. Rackets and balls are available upon request.

Boat Rides
A scenic ride along the Rio San Nicolas River, which winds through the property, surrounds guests with the natural beauty of Las Alamandas.

The chauffeur driven vehicles are available within the property at no charge or for excursions at $75.00 per hour.
