Las Alamandas' No Flu Guarantee

There have been no cases of Swine Flu reported anywhere remotely close to Las Alamandas. In fact, Las Alamandas is located in a very private and secluded stretch of coastline within the state of Jalisco, Mexico, where out of a total population of more than 12 million people, there have been only 3 known cases. We are so absolutely certain of there to be no need for concern, that should a guest become sick with Swine Flu while visiting our little Paradise, you and your entire group are invited to return as our guests within a year for a complimentary stay in luxurious accommodations. That's our guarantee to you!

Rates Include

Welcome cocktail with seasonal fruits. Flowers in room, freshly sliced fruit selection and squeezed fruit water every day. Romantic montage with flowers on your bed. One hour horseback ride. Use of tennis courts, gym and mountain bikes. One motor boat river ride subject to availability and weather conditions.

Notes

This rates are per night, based on single or double occupancy (one child under 10 may share a room at no additional cost), quoted in US dollars and does not include 15% V.A.T., 2% lodging tax, and 15% service charge.

Additional person in European Plan (no meals): $100 USD per night, extra bed available on request.

Full meal plan includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner and non alcoholic beverages (does not include mini bar and premium waters) available for additional $135 USD plus tax & service per person per night.

Honeymooners receive a romantic candlelit champagne dinner served on their private terrace at no charge. Available year-round except Christmas and New Year.

Regular Season: two-night minimum stay.

Holidays (Dec. 20 - 27 and Dec. 27 - Jan. 3) the hotel requires a seven-night minimum stay.

During Christmas and New Year the rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte. Beverages not included.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:
In order to confirm the reservation: Las Alamandas require a 50% advance deposit charge on the room rate (not including taxes) to a Visa, Master Card, American Express or by wire transfer.

The remaining 50% balance (not including tax and service) will be charged to the same credit card presented at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
If the reservation must be changed or canceled for any reason, we will refund the deposit only if notified by fax at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and confirmed receipt of the hotel. If the reservation is a No Show the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation within the time frame will incur in a $50.00 USD charge per person per week reserved.

All changes in the original reservation will incur a handling fee of $50.00 USD per person.
If a guest must departure prematurely, the entire confirmed stay will be charged.
** For Christmas and New Years Deposits are non-refundable.
